As part of our commitment to sharing knowledge and introducing students to different careers, we were delighted to welcome the senior-year LCQ students from the Maison Familiale Rurale de Monteux for an immersive experience at the heart of our Fragrances division.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

This visit provided an opportunity for the students to discover the world of our family-owned business, H. Reynaud et Fils, its history, its values, and the diversity of its operations. Carmen Barros, Head of Human Resources, presented the company, its identity, and the various roles within it. It was a particularly enriching exchange, allowing the students to better understand the professional environment in which those working in our sector operate.<\/p>

This meeting also highlighted our approach to social and environmental responsibility. Sophie Husson, CSR Manager, spoke to share the company\u2019s commitments as well as the concrete actions implemented as part of our CSR policy. It was a way to raise awareness among younger generations about current challenges in the professional world, demonstrating that performance, innovation, and responsibility can go hand in hand.<\/p>

The students then gained a more hands-on understanding of laboratory activities, experiencing the realities of the field firsthand. Guided by perfumer Damien Dugas, they discussed our professions, our analytical techniques, and the expertise applied daily in the world of perfumery. This immersive experience gave them a clearer understanding of the skills, rigor, and passion required to excel in these specialized fields.<\/p>

Beyond simply showcasing our activities, this visit is part of a broader initiative: to open the doors of our company to educate, share, and inspire. Introducing students to our professions also helps spark their curiosity, guide their career decisions, and, perhaps, inspire future careers in the world of flavors, fragrances, and essential oils.<\/p>
