JOB OPENING — EXPORT LOGISTICS COORDINATOR (M/F)
As part of our business operations, we are hiring an Export Logistics Coordinator to join our team immediately.

MISSIONS
- Processing customer orders: data entry, confirmation and dispatch of documents.
- Managing dispatch files for air, sea and express freight.
- Coordinating communications with customers and service providers (carriers, freight forwarders, etc.).
- Negotiating rates and optimising logistics costs.
- Creating and updating customer and product databases in the ERP system.
- Preparing export documents (air, sea, express).
- Checking customs documents and monitoring ECS declarations.
- Tracking shipments through to delivery.
- Managing customer and service provider complaints.
- Issuing invoices and chasing customer payments.
- Checking and approving supplier/service provider invoices.
- Creating and modifying label formats in ChemGes.
- Managing internal non-conformities and following up on customer and service provider complaints, and implementing the necessary corrective actions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes
- Monitor and analyse the department’s key performance indicators (KPIs) (processing times, service levels, logistics costs, disputes, adherence to delivery deadlines, etc.) and propose measures for continuous improvement.
Education and experience
- Two or three years’ higher education in Transport & Logistics, International Trade or equivalent.
- At least five years’ experience in import/export logistics, sales administration and international transport.
- Business-level English (written and spoken) required.
Skills
- Proficiency in international transport operations (air, sea, express) and customs procedures.
- Good command of IT tools and an ERP system.
- Ability to monitor KPIs and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.
