JOB VACANCY — APPRENTICE FRAGRANCE R&D PROJECT MANAGER (M/F)

As part of our business, we are recruiting an Apprentice Fragrance R&D Project Manager to join our teams immediately.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creating replicas of fragrance formulas
• Modifying and optimising existing formulas (simplification, costs, etc.)
• Developing and implementing applications (cosmetics, detergents, diffusion)
• Ensure quality control of the products developed
• Provide ad hoc support for the department’s various activities as required

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

You will actively contribute to the structuring and improvement of the applications business:

• Structure and roll out a high-performing and efficient applications department
• Establish processes to respond optimally to internal requests (sales teams, perfumers)
• Identify requirements for equipment, consumables and workspace organisation
• Help draw up an investment plan (budgets, quotes, supplier consultations, etc.)

YOUR PROFILE

• Master’s student or engineering school student specialising in perfumery, cosmetics or formulation
• Meticulous, precise, self-reliant and well-organised
• Strict adherence to safety, hygiene and quality standards
• Good team spirit and interpersonal skills
