The 2026 Primary School Graduating Class joins H. Reynaud & Fils
This autumn, H. Reynaud & Fils is welcoming six new work-study students who are joining our teams as part of the Promo Élémi 2026 cohort.
‘Passing on our know-how today means laying the foundations for the expertise of tomorrow.’
Benjamin, Mathilde, Tao, Mathilde, Justine and Fiori are joining the company in various roles across logistics, the perfumery laboratory, the flavourings laboratory, the mints department and accounts.
Their arrival provides an opportunity for them to discover our working environment, our activities and the expertise that makes H. Reynaud & Fils so special. Supported by their teams throughout their journey, they will be able to put their knowledge into practice, develop their skills and gradually contribute to the company’s various projects.
Work-study schemes also play a key role in passing on our trades and expertise. They foster intergenerational exchange and enable the company to welcome new talent, bringing fresh ideas, curiosity and a new perspective.
Why ‘Promo Élémi’?
This new intake is named after Élémi, a natural resin gum particularly prized in perfumery for its fresh, lemony, resinous and slightly spicy notes.
An ingredient emblematic of our world, chosen to accompany this new generation as they take their first steps at H. Reynaud & Fils.
We wish them a smooth transition and every success in their work-study programme.
